Introducing you to our amazing teams….

who help ensure we keep your vehicles on the road, safe and legal and keep the downtime to an absolute minimum.

Did you know we were established in 1976 by Brian Stone and Dick Hardy working out of just one depot in Enfield.  Now 45 years on we have 65 mobile engineers working Nationally, 24/7 365 days of the year working out of 6 locations across the UK and we have the largest commitment of stock in our National Parts Centre in Northampton.

From our engineers and operations department which deal with your service and breakdown needs all the way to parts, administration, systems support and service bookings, we could not do what we do without them.


National Parts Centre

We stock about a million pounds worth of parts in Northampton, which is the largest in the UK, allowing us to offer unrivalled, off the shelf or next day delivery at competitive prices. This ensures that our vans are stocked and you get back on the road.



Our Administration Team is centrally based at our Manchester site.  They are responsible for pricing all retail jobs and seeing these through to invoice.  An essential team of dedicated individuals looking after your account from day one, aiding communication and giving you piece of mind.


Systems Support

Having our own internal IT support means we are able to react quickly to any bespoke requests, such as specific management information, service reports, or LOLER and weight test certificates.  We are always happy to talk to customers about any IT enhancements and discuss how we can use our systems to make life easier for you.

Customer Service Team

Our Customer Service Team, are centrally based in our Head office in Northampton, providing access to all areas of our business with single points of contact.  Responsible for managing downtime, providing VOR reporting and liaising across all levels, to ensure vehicles are returned to service in the shortest possible timeframe.


Contract Compliance System and Central Booking Team

This team is again based centrally from our Head office in Northampton.  They use our sophisticated Contract Compliance System to provide daily, weekly and monthly reports allowing full visibility on Compliance, Breakdowns, and VOR allowing them to schedule all statutory events and services.


With advanced planning, notification and confirmation of bookings this ensures minimum downtime.  All documentation and certificates are electronically produced and automatically e-mailed on completion of the work.


Teamwork, collaboration and communication between all these departments, allow us to support you and your operation and ensure that your vehicles are kept on the road and you to continue doing what you do best.
